I used to joke that I couldn’t sell my house until she got her license but I wasn’t kidding. She got her license and a short time later we decided to sell. I have to say that all the stars were in alignment when we made the decision and her being able to list/sell our place for us seemed like fate. The timing was just perfect. Our house was on Texada Island so it was not an easy task taking that on for her either, not knowing the community well, but she did fantastic.
